GARDEN CITY - Jordan Estus Preacher Flanders, 97, of Garden City, Ga., died Thursday, May 8, 2014 at Hospice Savannah, surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Emanuel County, Ga., and was preceded in death by his wife, Sybil Portwood Flanders. He was associated with the Holy Church of God for over 58 years, and was a member of the Senior Men's Bible Class. He was retired from Union Camp Paper Corporation after 42 years of service, as Assistant Fire Chief. He was an avid Fisherman, and enjoyed Traveling and Gardening.

Visitation: 4 - 8 p.m. Sunday at the Holy Church of God. Funeral Services: 11 a.m. Monday at the Holy Church of God. Interment will follow in the Swainsboro City Cemetery, at 3 p.m. The family would like to thank Dr. Masroor and his wonderful staff, and Hospice Savannah, Inc., for their love and care of our father.
