Mrs. Mary J Keller, 79, widow of Edward S Keller, died Sunday morning at 7:00 at her home in Cashtown. Death followed a stroke suffered at 7:30 Saturday night. Prior to that time she had been in her usual good health.
Mrs. Keller was born in Adams county, a daughter of the late Frank and Matilda Shull Biesecker. Her husband died August 14, 1942. She was a member of the Reformed church of Cashtown, and had lived in that vicinity all her life.
Surviving are these daughter; Mrs. Dorsey Martz, Biglerville R1; Mrs. Carl Martz, Gettysburg; Mrs. George Wertz, Washington D.C., and Mrs. Fred McLaughlin, Ozone Park, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Harry Gallagher, Philadelphia, and Mrs. Lizzie Lady, Dixon, Ill.
Funeral services at the Bender funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2:00, her pastor, the Rev. Mark Michaels, and the Rev. Nevin R. Frantz officiating. Interment in the McKnightstown cemetery.
