Beloved and precious husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and wonderful friend, Frank Mismash, passed away in Salt Lake County on Jan. 18, 1999.

Born June 29, 1918 in Midvale to Frank and Frances Jersin Mismash, he was the middle baby with sisters Annie, Rosie and Helen and brother Fred, who survive him.

Part of his boyhood was spent in Carbon County where his father worked in the coal mines. He married Betty Foster June 12, 1948, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple, she passed away in 1973. He married Marilyn Mackay on Nov. 14, 1974 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. An active member of the LDS Church, and a cement contractor by profession.

Survived by his wife; sons, Jerold and Jim (Lynda); 17 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by his parents, wife, Betty, great grandchildren, Laurel Anne Mismash and John Morgan Mismash.

Funeral services will be held Thursday Jan. 21, 1999 at 12 noon at the So. Cottonwood Stake Center, 1260 East 4800 South. Friends may call Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State St. and Thursday at the church one hour prior to service. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
