COKER Harse Sanford, age 84, of Coker, died Feb. 24, 2010, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North . Burial will follow in Philips Chapel Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jake (Jacob A.) Sanford; his mother, Virgin (Virginia Martha Hallman) Sanford; his son, James Sanford; three sisters; and one brother.

Survivors include his sons, Richard "Rick" Sanford and Ronald "Ron" Sanford; his sisters, Dean Thrasher, Ruby Thomson, Mozell Smith, and Nora Barentine; his brother, J.W. Sanford; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Husband of Mollye Ann Yancey, Juanita Mae Adkins, Shirley Annie Taylor and Michelle Steinbeck.

Pallbearers will be George Lawson, Jay Sanford, Timmy Sanford, Donnie Sanford, Cecil Thrasher, and Jakie Barentine.
