The Gettysburg Times September 6, 1932

Emanuel Cluck, aged 85 years and 21 days, a retired farmer and life long resident of Adams county, died at 12:10 this morning at his home in Fairfield. Death was attributed to the infirmities of age.
Mr. Cluck was born in Buchanan Valley, a son of the late Mr. And Mrs. Andrew Cluck.
Four daughters and six sons survive. They are Mrs. Ottie Batterman, Binghamton, New York; Mrs. Annie Adelsperger, Fairfield; Mrs. Sarah A Brown, Fairfield; Mrs. Lida E Carbaugh, Chambersburg; George A Cluck, Chambersburg; Oliver C Cluck, Littlestown; Norman T Cluck, Fairfield; Harry W, Charles J, and Franklin B, all of Gettysburg R D.
Twenty-one grandchildren and the following brothers and sisters also survive; Mrs. Harry Slonaker, Fairfield; Mrs. James Ball, Cashtown; David Cluck, Gettysburg R D , and Mervin Cluck, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Mr. Cluck was a member of the Fairfield Reformed church.
Brief funeral services at the home Thursday afternoon at 1:00 with further services at 1:30 at the Fairfield Reformed church, the Rev. G Howard Koons officiating. Interment at Flohr’s church cemetery.
