He was born December 15, 1917 to Franklin Dennis Farnsworth and Mildred Skinner Farnsworth in Beaver, UT.
Married Sharon Annette Myers, March 1, 1963 in the Manti, Utah Temple.
He was most known for his love of growing fruits, vegetable, and making apple juice. While he was younger he had fun traveling with his parents and some brothers and sisters while putting on road shows and plays.
He served in World War II as a Lt. in the Air Force, and was a navigator in Europe. He flew a B-24 Liberator Bomber. He loved to travel!
He held various positions in the LDS Church and was currently serving a stake mission. He enjoyed serving quietly. He loved people and enjoyed working with his wife in their world wide Sunrider business. He was proud of and loved his family.
He is survived by, wife Sharon, children: Sherri Kaye RockWard (Mark), Leo John, Rochelle Annette, Rebecca Lynn of Sandy; and Randy Scott, serving a LDS Mission in St. Louis. Grandchildren: Tiffany, Steven, Amelia RockWard and Jeremy Farnsworth. Brothers and Sisters: Franklin Dennis (Beulah), Dorraine Williams (Ray), Paul, Lawrence (Thedora), (Bill Sackett), Noleen Jessup (David), Faye Tholen (Richard), Elaine Bettridge (Gerald), Gail Lynn Price (Richard M.D.), Harold (Charlotte), LeRoy (Myrle), and many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by Siblings: Mildred Tullis, Venice Griggs, Kenneth D., Margaret Mitchell, and Beth Sackett.
Funeral Services will be held Monday July 22, 2002 at 12:00 noon at the Crecant 13th Ward 2195 E. Pepperwood Dr. (10900 S.). Friends may view at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (10600 S. 1700 E.) Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the ward chapel. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
