Riverton - Franklin Dennis Farnsworth, 73, 9471 S. 1300 West, Riverton, died Saturday, 11:20 a.m., of natural causes in a Salt Lake hospital. Born Dec. 7, 1887, Joseph City, Sevier County, to Franklin Dewey and Elizabeth White Farnsworth. Married Mildred Skinner, 1908, St. George Temple, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She died in 1919. Married Venola Whitehead Jan. 31, 1923, Salt Lake LDS Temple. Active, West Jordan LDS Stake. Survivors: widow; sons, daughters, Lawrence W., Kearns; Kenneth, Santa Monica, Calif.; Franklin Dennis, Adamsville, Beaver County; LeRoy W., on an LDS mission in Canada; Paul M.; John O.; Harold Y.; Mrs. Venice Griggs; Mrs. Doraine Williams; Mrs. Beth Sackett; Mrs. Noleen Jessup; Mrs. Faye Tholen; Mrs. Elaine Bettridge; Mrs. Gayle Lynn Price, all Salt Lake City; Mrs. Mildred Tullis, Cedar City; Mrs. Marge Mitchell, Tooele; 56 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren; brothers, sisters, Norman, Salt Lake City; Frank, Moab; Taylor, Beaver; Dr. Reed, Cedar City; Howard, Orem; Philo, Johnstown, Pa.; Mrs. Alice Robison; Mrs. Amelia Brasher, both Salt Lake City; Mrs. Ellen Joseph, Beaver.
