Obituary from Gettysburg Times Thursday September 29, 1966:

"Jackson Levi Forrester, 51, Manchester, Maryland, died Tuesday at University Hospital, Baltimore. He was husband of Euna Shanks Forrester.

Born December 12, in Virginia, he was a son of the late Levi and Irene Dawson Forrester. In addition to his widow he is survived by a son, four daughters, including Diane Amspacher, McSherrystown; eight grandchildren; a sister and a brother.
He was employed as a bus operator for the Baltimore Transit Company and was a member of Manchester Baptist Church.

Friends may call at the Tipton-Eline funeral Home, Hampstead. Private funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. George W. Townsend, his pastor, with burial in Manchester Baptist Cemetery. In liew of other memorials, contributions may be given to American Cancer society."
