Elizabeth S. Bonney, 91, of Sentara Village, Newtown Road, died Dec. 31, 1993, in a Norfolk hospital.
Mrs. Bonney was born in Nansemond County, Va. She was a retired stenographer in the Washington, D.C. and Norfolk area. She was a member of Lafayette Presbyterian Church of Norfolk and was the widow of John Harvey Bonney.
Survivors include a niece, Elizabeth Rawls Harrell of Chesapeake; great-nieces, Virginia H. Smith of Virginia Beach, Sara H. Delesie of Tampa, Fla., and Robin Lewis of Cary, N.C.; great-nephews, C.L. Hudgins of Easley, S.C., Rev. Edward Rawls of Cary, N.C., and Richard Rawls of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday at Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Fred Sanna and the Rev. Edward Rawls. Burial will be private. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Lafayette Presbyterian Church.
