Donald Lived the eleven years of his life with his mother Roxie Foley Piggott and his father Emory Piggott. He also lived with his sister Merle and Barbara. His mother had sent him to go and get his father who was up the road working on the railroad. His brother Greely wanted to go with him. Greely was only six. They took off on Donald's bike. Greely riding on the handle bars(dead Heading). On the way back from going to get there father that had come to a curve in the road. The neighbor from down the road was coming and had no brakes the boys seen him and tried to get out of the way. The man also tried not to hit them but struck them any way and then ran into a tree. There mother had been sitting in the rocking chair listening to the radio looking out the picture window and heard the crash and saw the big tree move as the car struck it.She then ran down the road and grab Donald and carried him back to the house not sure who brought Greely but both boys had been killed in the accident. The boys were laid out in the front room as they did back then people came from everywhere to pay there respects and the room soon filled up with flowers. These boys were truly loved and was going to be missed by everyone.Until the day there mother died she kept saying she could not wait to see her boys again. It happen for her 46 years later.I know in my heart that when she saw them she ran as fast as she could to grab and hold them in her arms once again. The man who hit the boys it drove him crazy he was a friend of the family. The man was sent to the crazy house where he died years later never forgiving him self for what he had done. But GOD knows he did not mean to hurt those boys and he was forgiven right away.Their mother Roxie Foley Piggott lies beside them now forever along with their father Emory Piggott. They are all now together in HEAVEN.
