EDNA BLACKSTONE DIES WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Edna R. Blackstone, 95, a resident of Chariton for 65 years, died Wednesday at Lucas County Memorial Hospital, where she had been a patient for seven weeks.
He husband, Wilbur, preceded her in death in May, 1960.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Lella Johns of Woodhull, Ill., one granddaughter and two grandsons.
Funeral services will held at 1:30 p.m., Saturday at the Fielding Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Sauser conducting. Burial will be in the Chariton Cemetery.
