The family moved to Columbia, Wapello county, Iowa where Clarence met Jennette E. COTTOM, the daughter of Albert H. & Harriett (Lozier) COTTOM. They married on 7 JUN 1911.
Three sons were born to this union:
1) Leland Earl ALLISON (1912-1995)
2) Clarence Harold ALLISON (1913-1984)
3) John A. ALLISON (1917-1985)
At the time of the WWI Draft, Clarence worked as a clerk for Libby, McNeill & Libby to support his young family. In the 1930 census, Clarence was a bus driver. In 1940, he worked as a custodian.
Clarence died in June of 1974 in Jackson, Jackson county, Michigan.
