Adine "Dean" Rushing Brossette, 74, of Orange, Texas, passed away April 5, 2011 in Orange.

Funeral Services were held at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange.

Interment followed at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery, West Orange, Texas.

Mrs. Brossette was born September 5, 1936 in Madisonville, Louisiana to Jack Mumford and Pearlie (Alford) Booth.

She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed cooking for other people and was an active member of Wesley United Methodist Church. She was also a volunteer at the soup kitchen and was a part of United Methodist Women.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, John Henry Rushing

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 52 years, Billy Ray Brossette; sons and daughters-in-law, Mike and Teresa Brossette and Jeff and Teffanni Brossette; daughters and sons-in-law, Cora and Terry James and Gina and Mark Hollie. ten grandchildren; two great grandchildren and her sister, Pat Pierce.
