MARIAN U. SHUTTLEWORTH , age 83, of Lewisburg, Ohio died Tuesday, May 21, 2002 at Heartland of Greenville in Greenville, Ohio. Born on January 14, 1919 in Lewisburg, Ohio she was the daughter of the late Albert E. & Grace (Etzler) Unger. She was a 1938 Lewisburg Union High School graduate and an assembly worker for N.C.R., retiring in 1975 after 22 years of service. Member of the Twin Valley Grange #639, Verona Senior Citizens, Lewisburg Young at Heart, Harrison Homemakers and a very active member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Lewisburg. Preceded in death by Daughter: Carolyn Mae Fritz in 1982 and Brother: Thomas Unger in 1993.

Survived by: Son-in-law: Raymond Fritz, Union City, Indiana; Sisters: Alberta Metz, Dayton, Ohio, Jeraldine Dearing and Frances Miller both of Greenville, Ohio, Nelle Tiegler, Lewisburg, Ohio and Sibyl Jane Moyer, Brookville, Ohio; Granddaughter: Melissa Trent ,Union City, Indiana; Great Grandchildren: Michael, Britany and Rachel Fritz.

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 24, 2002 - 10:00 A.M.(Ohio Time) at Trinity Lutheran Church - 511 North Commerce Street - Lewisburg, Ohio with Pastor Harold L. Figley officiating. Internment will be held in Abbottsville Cemetery, Arcanum, Ohio. Family will receive friends on Thursday, May 23, 2002 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M.(Ohio Time) at Barnes Funeral Home- 411 North Commerce Street, Lewisburg, Ohio.
