James Harrison Lee was the son of Asel Lee and Mary W. Rollins.
Pasted in the Lee Family bible is the Obituary notice taken from an unknown
newspaper (most likely the Athens or Nelsonville paper). It reads:

"The subject of this sketch, James H. Lee, born in Loudon County, Virginia, 15 October 1807 and died in York Township, Athens County, Ohio 11 December 1886, age 79 years 9 months 26 days. Mr. Lee was twice married. His first wife was Miss Margaret Henson, with whom he was united in early life near Harpers Ferry, Virginia and who died and was buried in the same locality. Of this union there were four children, only one of whom is now living,
a son, residing in Cardington, Ohio. His second wife, Miss Rachel Baldwin,whom he married near the place of his first marriage, February 1844, and who now survives him. To this union eight children were born. Mr. Lee moved to Ohio in September 1851 and resided in Noble County.
