Taylors
Jeanette Tate Lynn, 102, formerly of Taylors, died April 1, 2011 at the Cottages at Brushy Creek. She was the widow of Joseph J. Lynn.
A native of Greenville County, she was a daughter of the late William I. and Sunnie Carlton Tate, member of Southern Bleachery Baptist Church and a retired seamstress from Norris Manufacturing.
Surviving is a son, Dan Lynn of Taylors; two daughters, Ann L. Pettit of Taylors and Jean L. Mahaffey of Boiling Springs; 2 grandchildren 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at The Wood Mortuary chapel, conducted by Rev. Jerry Satterfield. Burial will follow in Faith Temple Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. Monday at the Mortuary.
The families are at their respective homes.
