Oliver Joseph Hutter, Sr., 61, of 446 Linden street, died Friday morning at St. Agnes hospital. The son of the late Joseph and Anna Walgenbach Hutter, he was born Nov. 19, 1902, in the city. He was married to Hilda Sauppe on June 17, 1924, in Waukegan, Ill. Mr. Hutter had been a contractor. Survivors include his widow; three sons, Oliver E., Robert and John, city; one daughter, Mrs. Glenn M. Liner, city; one brother, Dr. Adolph M. Hutter, city; one sister, Mrs. Charles Schafer, city; and five grandchildren. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter and one son. The body will rest in state at the Zacherl Funeral home after 2 p.m. Sunday until services at 2 p.m. Monday, the Rev. Martin Koehler officiating. Burial will be in Rienzi cemetery.
