A Masonic Graveside service for Kennon Ray Bradford, 75, of Town Creek will be held Friday, March 25, 2011, at 3 p.m. at Old Liberty Cemetery in Town Creek with Lawrence Funeral Home directing.

Mr. Bradford, who died Wednesday, March 23, 2011, at his residence, was born February 12, 1936, in Lawrence County to Loys Bradford and Etta Mae Norton Bradford. He was retired from Champion. He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Loys Bradford Jr. and Douglas Bradford; and one sister, Mavis Hunt.

Survivors include his wife, Norma Brown Bradford; two sons, Kevin Bradford (Sandy) of Decatur and Butch Bradford (Tammy) of Town Creek; one daughter, Lorie Walker (Johnny) of Town Creek; five brothers, Harold Bradford, John Bradford, Burrell Bradford, Gerald Bradford and Rickey Bradford, all of Town Creek; three sisters, Mary Ann Thrasher of Town Creek, Joyce Bradford and Julie Cole, both of Athens; five grandchildren, Jerrod Bradford, Stephanie Evans (Phillip), Trey Walker, Heather Sherrill (Luke) and Mara Thaxton (Adam); and four great-grandchildren, Caitlyn Bradford, Gage Sherrill, Kami Sherrill and Deegan Thaxton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Tennessee Valley.
