Wilson Carnahan, 73 years of age and long a resident of Allen county, died Tuesday at the residence of his son. William Carnahan, four miles southwest of Huntertown.

His illness was of but a few hours duration, and death was due to neuralgia of the heart.

On Monday the aged man had worked about the farm, hoeing corn and attending to chores, and on retiring at night was apparently feeling as well as usual. At midnight, however, he was stricken with the illness which terminated in his death some hours later.

Mr. Carnahan's wife died three years ago, and since that time he had made his home with his children.

The latter are Alvin Carnahan, Mrs. Elisabeth Schorpf, W. D. Carnahan, Mrs. Margaret Depew, Mrs Julia Edwards and Mrs. Mina Larkins, of Allen county, and Rachel and Gertrude Carnahan, who reside in Ohio.
