Mavis was born in Milton on Sept. 24, 1914 to the early pioneer family of Charles and Elsie Blauvelt and went to be with the Lord on April 5, 2006 in Fox Island, WA.
Mavis is survived by 5 children, and oodles of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous family members and friends. Memorial service to be held 4:00 PM Sunday, April 9, 2006 at Milton United Methodist Church.
