Mr. Cravey died at 4:02 p.m. March 25, 1995. Death was ruled due to natural causes.
He was born in the Red Mud community on April 18, 1901 and had lived most of his life in Dickens County. He married Mable George on April 18, 1935 in Clairmont. She died on April 24, 1980.
Mr. Cravey was a cowboy for several ranches throughout west Texas and New Mexico for many years. He also farmed and built windmills.
Survivors include several nieces and nephews.
