Sudden Death of J.W. Shelly's Daughter Nancy Viola Shelly, the 15 year old daughter of Ma. & Mrs. J.W.Shelly, of the Fort Graham community, died last Sunday afternoon, at 4:10 o'clock, after a short illness from inflamation of the bowels. She has been indisposed for a few days preceding her death, though had helped in household duties, and her condition did not become alarming until Saturday night . The hand of death could not be stayed and the loving daughter of fond parents was taken away in the bloom of young girlhood. The interment took place at the Fort Graham Cemetery Monday afternoon, a funeral service having been conducted by Rev.T.S. Bomar, of Whitney. The estimable parents have the sincere sympathy of their many friends, who truly share with them their sorrow.
