Abraham F. Fishel, eighty-two, 34 South Duke street, died yesterday at the Lancaster County hospital of a cerebral hemorrhage, Mr. Fishel was struck by an East Belt trolley car at King and Duke streets on Christmas eve. He was a staunch Democrat all his life and was born in Washington Boro, October 29, 1850, a son of the late Henry and Mary Fry Fishel. He resided in Manor township until thirty-nine years ago when he moved to this city where he engaged as a carpenter until his retirement. His wife, who was Elizabeth C. Mayer, of Manor township before marriage, has been deceased for more than twenty years. These children survive: Mrs. Hattie Mummaw and Miss Kathryn Fishel, city; a twin brother, Harry, Washington Boro; and Daniel, Middletown; also a sister, Mrs. Amanda Shopf, Mountville.
