The death of Mrs. Robert Ferguson occurred at her home near Fergus on Thursday, October 14, in her eighty-sixth year. Mrs. Ferguson was formerly Janet Morice, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Morice, Sr., of Normanby Township. She is survived by her husband, two daughters and two sons: Mrs. Ted McKay (Jean) of Fort Erie; Lizzie, Morice and Elmer, at home; also one sister, Mrs. William Petty (Mary) of Bentinck and four grandchildren. The funeral was held on Saturday from the home with burial at Fergus Cemetery. Those attending the funeral from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Ted McKay and family, Fort Erie; Mrs. Wilson Campbell, Toronto; Mrs. William Petty, Mr. and Mrs. John Petty, Mrs. Thomas Stewart, Allie Stewart, Mrs. George Cupskey, Mr. and Mrs. Ted Morice, Mr. and Mrs. Murray Morice, Claire Morice, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew, Mrs. William, Miss Ruth Bauer and Mrs. Norman Greenwood.
