Ada was a daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Leslie Knott. She grew up in Cincinnati and married Walter James Fye, a son of William and Sarah Brundrette Fye. Ada and Walter became the parents of three children: Hart, Ada Louise Fye (Colt), and Genevieve Fye (Farmer).
Other than her parents, Ada was preceded in death by her husband, Walter and two sisters: Louise Knott and Alicia Leslie Knott Hickman.
Ada died at Deaconess Hospital in Cincinnati March 31, 1934 of heart failure. Surviving were her children, several grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
Ada was buried in Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati. In our family tree, Ada is my husband's maternal Great(2) Grand-Aunt.
