Married John Miller Riggins on 29 Jan 1851 in Cole Co., Missouri.

Eliza Henley Riggins was the daughter of an early pioneer family in Missouri and grew up as one of twelve children. She married John Miller Riggins; after living in Cole and Vernon Counties in Missouri, the family settled in Saline County near the small town of Herndon, and it was there that they raised their many children. She was a member of the Hazel Grove Methodist Church in Herndon.
