James Gee was one of 50 signers of The Liberty Point Resolves in Fayetteville, Cumberland Co., NC. The signers met at Barges Tavern on June 20, 1775.

Annette Gee Ford is in purple. It is thanks to her that funds were raised from the selling of The Gee Book reprints that helped get this Gee Cemetery and the one in Quincy, FL in much better shape. I don't know the men's names. I'm on the right.

Ceremony for the unveiling of the SAR marker at the grave of James Gee. A lot of family members were present. There were other photos but they have disappeared. This ceremony took place around 1995.
