LONACONING — Mrs. Mary C. (Mae) Savage, 89, of Allegany Street, here, died yesterday at Frostburg Community Hospital.
Born in Lonaconing, she wa a daughter of the late Henry and Margaret (Muir) Atkinson. Her husband, Ross Savage, preceded her in death.
Survivors include three sons William Savage, of here; Russel Savage, Westernport, and Scot
Savage, Denver, Colo.; three daughters, Mrs, Ignatius Devlin, of here; Mrs. Marie Lonski, Hampton, Va., and Mrs. Margaret Moomaw, Ridgeley; three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Brodbeck, Mrs. Estella Richmond and Mrs. Jeanett Holmes, all of here; 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
The body is at the Eichhorn Funeral Home where friends will be received today from 7 to 9 p.m. and tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home Friday at 2 p.m. Rev. Chalmer Goshorn will officiate and interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery.
