Alka Dingus Allen died Tuesday, August 13 1966 at Highlands Regional Medical Center, Prestonsburg, following a long illness Born Jan 1, 1908 at Martin, she was the daughter of the late Elmon and Emma Clark Dingus and a stepdaughter of the late Lula Frazier. she was a member of the Irene Cole Memorial First Baptist Church in Prestonsburg. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Allen.
Survivors include three sons Quentin Allen of Ft Mitchell, David W Allen of Prestonsburg and Paul Neil Allen of Nicholasville; one daughter; Sharon Belding of Lexington, two brothers, Carl Dingus of Lexington and Ralph Dingus; eight grandchildren and four great grand children.
Grave side services will be held Saturday, August 17 at 11 am at the D. M, Allen Family Cemetery at Hueysville.
