Born in Jackson County on June 14,1922,he was the son George and Myrtle Roll. He was a member of Anderson Civil Police and a member of UAW Local 287 in Muncie. He retired from Warner Gear in Muncie.
Survivors include his wife Eva Blevins Roll and three daughters. Mrs Sharon Harrell of Palmdale,Calif. Mrs Anna Kirby and Mrs Penny Orr, both of Middletown; His mother, Myrtle of Kurtz; One sister Marie Vickery of New Castle; Four Brothers, Martin of Kurtz,Andrew of Brownstown, Wayne of Houston and Dick of Columbus; Five Grandchildren; He was preceded in death by his father and three brothers.
Services will be at 10 am Thursday in Ballard and Shirey Funeral Home at Middletown with Rev. Kenneth King officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Muncie
