To Maud my wife my freehold lands in Stratford for her life; after decease, to Thomas my eldest son; provided that Thomas the younger [son] have his way with horse, cart and carriages through the freehold of Thomas my eldest son to his copy[hold], paying him 12s. a year. I will that Thomas the eldest have his dwelling in the tenement he now dwelleth in, paying his mother [not named] for her life 6s. a quarter. To my wife a copyhold land that I hold of the manor of West Ham Bunrells for her life. To Elizabeth Addames my daughter after my wife's death a little tenement in Stratford next the gate where I dwell. To Thomas my youngest son the rest of my copyhold after my wife's death.
