Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the Summers-Kistler Funeral Home in Olney, with Pastor James Gibson presiding. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday. Burial will be in Crest Haven Cemetery.
Memorials can be made to the Bible Fellowship Church Building Fund.
Mr. Stoltz was born Aug. 10, 1918 in Richland County, the son of Charles Edward and Agnes (Isom) Stoltz. He married Madeline Parsons Aug. 26, 1939, in St. Louis, Mo. and she survives.
He was a farmer and a member of Bible Fellowship Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, is a son, Daniel Stoltz and wife Kay, of Olney; a sister, Mrs. Jerry (Alice) Lorscheider of Springfield; two grandchildren, Cole Aaron and Carolyn; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Harold and Murl.
