Nada--Funeral service for Mrs.Louis Labay were held in the St. Mary's Catholic Church Feb. 18,Rev.Edmund J. Bily officiating.Burial was in the St. Mary's cemetery.She pssed away Sunday night,Feb. 16 at the age of 61 years.
She was born at Nada June 25,1896.
Surviving are her husband,Louis Labay;3 sons Lawrence of Garwood,Bernard of El Campo,Louis Jr. with the U.S. armed forces in Germany;2 daughters,Mrs.Mildred Sulak of Ganado,Mrs.Leona Stanzik of Houston;her mother ,Mrs.Cecelia Krenek of Nada;4 brothers,Ernest Krenek of El Maton,Ben Krenek of El Campo,Richard and Lawrence Krenek of Nada;3 sisters,Mrs.Mary Franka of Eagle Lake,Mrs.Louisa Krejci and Mrs.Cecelia Dorotik of El Campo;13 grandchildren.
She was a member of the KJZT and Christian Mother's societies.
