Survived by her two daughters and sons-in-law, Lorri and Robert Johnson and Susan and Robert Bevering; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Curtis Scott Jr., Michael and Kathy Scott, Steven and Cyndi Scott and Michael and Stephanie Simpson ; 18 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, James William Simpson ; daughter, Candi Lynn Scott; grandson, Peter Barnett; parents, George and Mildred Comeaux Alford ; two brothers, Robert and Jesse Alford ; and aunt, Lucille Dugas
