Cleveland L. Smith, Jr. of Daleville, passed away Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011 in Signature Health Care of North Florida. He was 72. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 28, 2011 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford with Chaplain Tim Hill officiating. Burial will follow in Enterprise City Cemetery with Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home of Hartford directing. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. He is survived by his mother, Pauline (Truman) Sawyer; his daughter, Dana (Jason) Thompson; his sons, Justin (Amber) Smith and Mike (Rebecca) Smith; five grandchildren; his sisters, Jeanette Cooper and Paulette (Edward) Gibson; several nieces and nephews. Bottoms-Garden Chapel of Hartford, (334) 588-3250, is in charge of arrangements.
