"Not for self but for County"
This is true of Cary for he left R.H.S and volunteered in Uncle Sam's great army to see the sights in Berlin. It is rumored that "Bill" Hohenzollern heard of Cary's move and within two months had signed "The Papers" putting an end to the war and one of our hero's ambitions. Returning to school, he was received with a royal welcome for the young soldier is held in high esteem by all. The ladies having seen Cary perform on the Athletic field, and knowing a few of his numerous good qualities (and his one weakness) come to school with greater regularity (since his return) with more than lessons on their minds and blushes on their cheeks. Cary has shown great ability as an office-holder and a student. He can never be forgotten by us and we are sure that when he finishes W and L he will accomplish wonderful things in the business world.
