Mrs. Mary A. Gohmann, 72, wife of Edmund G. Gohmann, died at 10:30 o'clock Tuesday morning in her home, 1121 East Oak street. In addition to her husband she is survived by four sons, Lawrence, Edmund J. and Philip Gohmann, all of New Albany, and Bernard Gohmann, Provo, Utah; three daughters, Mrs. Robert A. Combs and Misses Leonora and Alma Gohmann, New Albany; twelve grandchildren; and three brothers, Frank Scharf, Lousville, and George and Philip Scharf, both of this city. - New Albany Tribune 08 Mar 1938 p1c4
