Estelline Crowson Glasscock was the daughter of Thomas Harrison "Tom" Crowson and Myrtle May Dictson. She was born on June 12, 1911 in Wesley, Oklahoma. She had one sister whom she preceded in death: Callie Delta Crowson (Doyle, Albert).

On October 16, 1927, Estelline married William Albert "Bill" Glasscock in Stringtown. Together, they had seven children: Dorothy V. Glasscock (Burns), Tommy Dwaine Glasscock, Gwyndean "Gwyn" Glasscock (Meaders), Wyna L. Glasscock (Grippardo), Bill Edd Glasscock, Ruth M. Glasscock (LaFevers), and Kay Glasscock (Horn, Cullifer).

Estelline was a lifelong resident of Oklahoma; she worked for the Kiowa School System and operated the post office and general store in Wesley. She was also a homemaker, a rancher, and a farmer. She was of the Baptist faith.

On April 21, 1996, Estelline passed away in Pittsburg. She was buried at Wesley Cemetery in Wesley where she and her husband, Bill, share a headstone.
