Deceased Name: Havy C. Boyd
LORIS -- Havy C. Boyd, 96, of the Beulah community died Saturday, May 23, 1998, at Loris Extended Care Facility after an illness.
He was born Sept. 17, 1901, in Loris, a son of the late Henry and Sephronia Gause Boyd.
He was the widower of Nancy Leath Cox Boyd.
He was a retired tobacco farmer and a member of Beulah Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Henry Boyd of Loris and Paul Boyd of Plano, Texas; a daughter, Jamie Ward of Shallotte, N.C.; 11 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 7-9 tonight at Hardwick Funeral Home of Loris.
The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Beulah Baptist Church. Burial will be in Patterson Cemetery of Loris.
