. I think the Thomas Keziah in the 1900 census is the same person, but his wife Eliza A. in 1900 is not Elizabeth Shelby. I think the wife is Eliza Medlin, who Thomas married in August 1880. The census states that they have been married 19 years and have 6 children, which are listed in the census. This suggests that Elizabeth Shelby died prior to the 1900 census.

He had a son Isaac Caldwell Kissiah (b. ca. 1857) who married Mary Ann Hartis. Mary Ann Hartis was the daughter of John H. Hartis and Sarah Hargett.

Isaac and Mary had at least the following children: James Willard Kissiah, Thomas C. Kissiah, Sarah Jane Kissiah Kiser, Lessie Kissiah Thompson Harris. His stepmother was Martha Kissiah, and Samuel Melton "Sam" Kissiah.
