Wounded at Hanover Court House, Virginia, on or about May 27, 1862. Returned to duty prior to August 29, 1862, when he was wounded in the groin at the Battle of Second Manassas, Virginia. Returned to duty in November-December, 1862. Deserted to the enemy (or was captured) on or about Sepetmber 26, 1864. Took the Oath of Allegiance at City Point, Virigina. Transferred to Washington, D.C., where he arrived on September 30, 1864. Released on an unspecified date."
He was in the same company as his brother Thomas Allison Kissiah/Keziah and George Kissiah.
