Robert P Ellingwood, 65, died at 8:15 pm yesterday in the Luthera Hospital following a serious illness of six months. Born in Noblesville, he moved to Fort Wayne 45 years ago. For the last five years he resided in Tavares, Fla. He retired five years ago from the General Telephone Co after 36 years of service. Mr Ellingwood attended Tavares Methodist Church and was a member of the Telephone Pioneers here. Survivors include his wife, Edna M; a son Robert E, Fort Wayne; two sisters, Mrs Pearl Harrison, South Bend,and Mrs Eniel Lunsford, Noblesville, and a brother, Gus, living in Montana.
