Services for Betty Hershour , 80, of Martins Mill, TX, are scheduled for 10:00 AM Wednesday December 16, 2009 at Eubank Chapel with Rev. Matt Parker officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home, Canton.
Burial will be in Holly Springs Cemetery, Martins Mill, TX.
She passed away December 11, 2009 in Canton, TX.
Mrs. Hershour was born September 5, 1929 in Cunningham, TX, to Charlie Royal and Mary Cassardra Chambers Bledsoe.
Betty loved cooking for her family and taking care of her beloved husband Louis for 63 years. She was a Baptist by faith and a member of the Martins Mill Baptist Church for many years. She was the best grandmother ever!
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Hollis & Jimmy Bledsoe, 2 Sisters, Lorreta Pines & Francis Sieminski.
Survivors include her husband, Louis Calvin Hershour of Martin Mills, Tx; daughter and son-in-law, Charlotte and Larry Hawkins of Gun Barrel City, Tx; granddaughter, Anita Garcia of Lancaster, Tx; grandson and wife, Daniel and Kelli Garcia of Loveland, Co.; three great-grandchildren, Allison Hutson, Makeanna Garcia and Jayce Garcia of Loveland, Co.; and sister, Yvonne Adair of Florida.
Family will receive friends Tuesday 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
