PATRICIA C. PARKER, 52, of Millington, seamstress, died Monday at Methodist University Hospital. Services will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Forest Hill Funeral Home East with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery East. Mrs. Parker, the wife of Ralph E. Parker for 36 years, also leaves two daughters, Dawn Mohammed of Memphis and Kimberly Parker of Millington; a son, Ralph E. Parker Jr. of Millington; four sisters, Theresa Akins of Bolivar, Tenn., Connie Bacher of Virginia Beach, Va., and Shirley Craig and Rebecca Akins, both of Memphis; two brothers, Leonard Earl Akins of Memphis and David Michael Akins of Brighton, and four grandchildren.
