Wilburn Anderson, son of Mr. and Mrs. Shade Anderson, died at Yamacraw Sunday evening, March 7th with flu and pneumonia. He was born January 17th, 1887 being 33 years, 1 month and 19 days old. He leaves a wife and four children, father, mother, four brothers and two sisters to mourn his loss. But oh Lord we hope will meet him around the throne of God where parting will be no more. His body was brought to the burying ground at Thomas Corder's and laid to rest March 9th, where we all took our last farewell look at dear Wilburn. He was kind to all he knew and always met you with a smiling face. He will be missed by a host of friends. I don't know whether he professed faith in Christ or not. I haven't seen his poor wife to ask. If I could have went and seen him I would have known, but I didn't know he was sick until till the news came that he was dead.
