Letha was the daughter of Abner James and Emmaline "Emma" (Warren) Ray. She was the sister of: Gladys, Lucy Ellen, Henry "Hank" Leslie, Earl, Lee, Elnora "Nora", James Guy, George Nathan. She was married to Henry J. Dilka on May 27, 1912 in Fall City, Nebraska. They had the following children: Dorothy Fay, Beulah, Alice, Ethel, Edith and Dale Abner.
