SERVICES FOR MRS. RECORDS THURSDAY

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Wayne Patton and Dr. Harold Mincey last Thursday at Reed and Jewell Funeral Home in Columbus for Katherine Records, 55, of Columbus and wife of Lee Records formerly of Edinburg.

Mrs. Records suffered a stroke earlier and died Monday night, June 23, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Burial was at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus with Dr. Bruce Hart, Gene and Paul Eddy, Mark Records and John Hart as honorary pallbearers. Active pallbearers were Bob Eddelman, Ed and Fred Eddy, John Waltz and Ray and Hubert Walker.

Mrs. Records was born in Columbus, Jan. 14, 1920, to Clarence and Alice Hart Eddelman. She was married Nov. 6, 1937, to James Lee Records who survives.

Mrs. Records was a head accountant for Jim Hamilton Volkswagon and was a member of the East Columbus United Methodist Church. She was a graduate of Columbus high school.

Other survivors include three sons, Mark Records at home, Robert Records of Minot, N.D., and Jerry L. Records , Washington D.C. A sister, Mrs. William Stearman of Columbus; two brothers, James R. Eddelman, both of Columbus; and five grandchildren.
