Betty Jean Murphy, 67, of Madison, Ind., died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
Ms. Murphy was born April 23, 1943, in Chicago, Ill., to the late Joe and Louise Mahoney Murphy.
Survivors include two daughters, Dawn Ware of Madison and Michelle Valencia of Edmond, Okla.; a son, Duane Milatz of Hico, Texas; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services are at 1 p.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 2, at Wood-Oakley Funeral Home in Milton. Burial will be in the Mahoney Cemetery.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. today until the service.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Betty Jean Murphy memorial fund.
