Mrs. Henry Saddoris passed to her rest at 6 o'clock Friday evening at her home in Coe Township after a long illness, dropsy finally causing death. She was one of the old settlers of the community, being 60 years of age and having been born and raised in the township.
She is survived by her husband and four children: Mrs. George Hollister, Bert Saddoris of Sac City, IA; Clarence Saddoris of Coe and Walter, at home. The funeral service was held yesterday at 10 a.m., the Rev Mr. Russell of Port Byron officiating. Interment was in Fairfield Cemetery.
