Sometime after 1910, Minnie & Wm seperated. She moved to Dallas and lived with her son Charles. She died in 1925 and her body sent back to Ill. She and William never divorced.

The body of Mrs. W.S. Gill 55 who died thursday, was sent home to Bloomington, Ill. her former home friday afternoon. Funeral Services were held Friday at the Chapel of the Ed E., Smith and brothers- undertakers and were conducted by Rev. William M. Anderson, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church. Mrs. Gill dies thrusday night at the home of her son C.E. Gill 6301 Sinnex Ave. She had been a resident of this city for 6 years. Beside her son she is survived by her husband.
